Are you a graduate student looking to advance your training in a nationally respected conservation center? ICA–Art Conservation is excited to announce two competitive, hands-on 8‑week Summer Graduate Internship opportunities for 2026—one in objects conservation and one in paintings conservation.

These immersive internships offer an exceptional chance to work directly with a diverse range of artworks, cultural materials, and conservation challenges. Interns will gain meaningful professional experience in a busy, collaborative studio environment while learning from ICA’s expert conservators—professionals who care for collections across museums, cultural institutions, libraries, archives, and private collections throughout the region.

If you are currently enrolled in an accredited master’s program and have completed at least one year of graduate study, we encourage you to apply. This is an opportunity to build your skills, contribute to impactful preservation work, and take the next step in your career in cultural heritage preservation.
